Meet the ZOOM House Staff
Kirstin Burch is the ZOOM House Coordinator. Kirstin is responsible for program administration, grant compliance reporting, and fundraising at ZOOM House. The Coordinator also fosters good communication and connections between the board, partners, residents, neighbors and donors. Kirstin can be reached Monday – Thursday mornings. Lucy Hayes is the ZOOM House Family Advocate. She has been at ZOOM House since Winter 2016 and is employed by Simpson Housing Services. Lucy provides ongoing support and advocacy for ZOOM House families in the permanent, affordable housing program. She meets with participants once a week to provide support and resources toward goals related to employment, education, financial literacy, mental and chemical health, and early childhood support. Lucy is passionate about empowering families to achieve stability and growth at ZOOM House.
Amanda Tottingham and Diane Nelson are the ZOOM House Property Managers. They are employed by Perennial Management and are responsible for the day-to-day operation of the property. Amanda and Diane routinely inspect the grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine if repairs or maintenance is needed. They meet with current residents when handling requests for repairs and with prospective residents to show vacant apartments. Our property managers are responsible for enforcing the terms of lease agreements, such as rent collection, parking, restrictions, and termination-of-lease procedures.
